Coach Fletcher returns for a seventh season for Hurricanes. Coach Fletcher is a native of Canyon, Texas and graduated from Canyon High School. Coach Fletcher received his Bachelor's degree from Southwest Texas State University and has completed thirty four years of coaching. His coaching career started a Hardin-Simmons University in 1990 and has included stops at Sundown High School, Navarro College, Southlake Carrol High School, Strake Jesuit College Prep, and Sinton High School. Some of his accomplishments included being named the Greater Houston Football Coaches Association Assistant of the Year in 2020 and serving the Texas High School Coaches Association Golf Advisory Committe from 2013-2016. While at Sinton High School he was apart of teams that advanced to the State Semi-Finals in 2013, 2014 and the State Quarter Finals in 2015. Coach Fletcher is married to Penny Fletcher and has three children Melina, Robert, And Ryan.
